Shipping

Shipping Notes:
 
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship at different times or experience different travel times and will often arrive on different days. If your order status is "Processing", we have received your order and we are locating your product. However, your order will ship out within 2-3 business days.
 
We currently use USPS as our ground shipping carrier. If USPS is not an option for you, please contact Customer Service and our agents will be happy to place the order for you in order to have the delivery sent exclusively via UPS.





 
For standard shipping, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears. If you need further assistance contact Customer Service.
 
Additional Shipping Information:
 
Shipments will be processed the same day that the order is placed if it is received and authorized by noon EST. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, after noon (EST) on Friday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays). 
 
Express deliveries must have signature for release. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship express and require an additional $3.00 fee plus the additional express shipping and handling fee.
 
Gift certificates are shipped separately and should arrive within 3 - 5 business days. If you need to express ship a gift certificate, please contact Customer Service.
 
International Orders
We will ship internationally, but additional international shipping charges will apply. Also, order will ship once payment has been received and cleared. For additional questions, please contact customer service.

Personalized Items will ship within 3-5 business days to allow time for personalization.

Ten & Up is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands.(This includes the postal service being careless) We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you item seems to have been damaged during the shipping process, we will be happy to file a claim(with pictures provided) to have your money refunded as we have absolutely have no control of the carriers and their policies.
 

If you request a refund before your item is due to be shipped, we will refund 50% of your total and the remainder will be kept as a restocking fee ON NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS ONLY!

We want happy customers and even though we are not responsible once it ships, please keep in contact with us and if something happens en route - tell us!

MAKE SURE YOUR **SHIP TO** ADDRESS IS CORRECT - IF WE SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE SHIP TO - AND IT ISN'T CORRECT - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!
